| OEM what does it mean I keep getting asked what does OEM mean. It stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. As you know if you have used us we sell mostly OEM products especially to our business accounts, ie. made by the major manufacturers for their branded machines. But we also stock remanufactured products. These are OEM cartridges that have been used, then full cleaned and reconditioned and refilled with compatible inks. Not by us, we have found in our experience that DIY refills have a very high rate of failure. All our remanufatured items are recycled by professional companies specialising in this field. The toners we sell are Premium cartridges, these have not only been fully cleaned but have had all their parts replaced with new compatible ones and refilled with compatible toner. Again just to refill a toner cartridge can cause leakage and a very high risk of failure before the end of it's toner life. We also stock a range of Compatibles these are mainly replacements for Epson and Canon inkjets, they have been made completely from new and contain compatible inks. Very high quality and a massive saving. All our products are 100% guaranteed, if you have a problem we will replace your cartridge or refund any difference or fully refund if the cartridge is found to be faulty.
