| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. you must agree to our terms and conditions at the checkout point. Business account customers must Login first and go to the Account customer page during thier visit and before checkout. We accept credit card payment through a secure sever provide by Protx a gateway payment service provider. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Electron, American Express and debit cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, normal post, we do not advise you send sensitive details by e-mail. we do not keep any records of your credit cards on file so you will be required to give the information each time you buy from us. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this iterm to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling We offer several ways to send your ordered items 1st, 2nd class or standard parcel post. We have tried to be as fair as possible and try to charge only the postage that is incurred for each item, however the system cannot be exact and there may be some discrepancy between actual and postage charged. We are unable to give credit for postal charges and if you accept the charge made at the time of ordering this charge will stand. If you think the charge is excessive do not proceed with your order but please call customer service on 0845 2300 137 or 01628 520229 who will be able to help and advise. Despatch will only take place from Monday to Friday. We do not despatch during Bank Holidays Saturdays or Sundays, however where possible Saturday despatch may be achieved for orders placed on Friday before 4-30pm where stocks are available from wharehouse. | Delivery Schedule Most orders will be despatched within 48 hours subject to availability of stock by the method of post chosen by the buyer. It is understood that the buyer must choose the correct shipping requirements at the time of purchase. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any delay whosoever caused by any delivery merchant or by incorrect addressing or choice of shipment. Any item not available at the time of ordering which may take longer than 48 hours to despatch, you will be notified giving you the purchaser descretion to cancel the order or place the item on back order. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed within 48 hours of order placement with the option to cancel your order if required. We can usually obtain an approximate delivery date for items placed on back order. However we cannot guarantee that this date will be met, and take no responsibility for late back orders. We do however keep you informed of changing delivery dates. |

| Credit Card Security Credit card payments are made via PROTX, a secure payment gateway to our bank, at no time are card details viewed or held within our business. PROTX make a number of rigorous security checks on all transactions through our site. We therefore reserve the right to cancel any payment made by you the customer if our security checks give us any doubt to the validity of the credit card or any other information provided at the point of sale. For transactions where credit card details are provided separately: Once entered into our terminal and the payment authorised and payment is made your credit card details are destroyed. | Guarantee PRICE PROMISE: We will beat any valid quote providing the item being beat is identical to our item ie. like for like. Our aim is to be very price competitive. We however reserve the right to refuse to beat any price if our cost is below that of your quote. We may in some instances ask for written proof of your quote. Our price promise will only be given on substantiated quotations. Your quote will be taken as a whole including postage and packing where charged by the other supplier, and compared directly to our pricing and delivery charges where and if charged. Further to our price promise we also offer to hold a quoted price for 3 full calendar months. We reserve the right to decline this offer in certain circumstances, where the price given is within or lower than a determined percentage of our cost price. COMPLAINTS In the unlikely event of you having to complain. We will strieve to acknowledge your complaint with 2 working days. Advise how long the complaint will take to resolve. And keep you informed during the process. WARRANTY Some of our products supplied come with onsite warranties and therefor these items should be reported to the manufacurers warranty office as on your warranty documentation. In order to make a warranty or claim on other items you must return the goods:- i) within 30 days of the delivery date or the time stipulated by the manufacturer, whichever is the longer. ii) items must be received in good order and condition in original packaging, accompanied with the fault details and any other evidence of the fault which is avaialable. iii) you must at this stage pay for return carriage. This will be refunded if the goods are found to be at fault. iv) Our aim is to credit back any returned goods after testing the fault within 3 days of receipt or to despatch such goods also within 3 days after receipt, whichever you choose. Please Note the follow toner and inkjet manufacturers require the buyer to report any fault with thier product direct. They will replace the item as they see fit. The companies are QMS, Tektronics / Xerox, OKI, Panasonic and Kyocera. Whilst we will try our best to help with any problem we cannot accept any item back from these manufactureres. Please contact us if you require contact numbers. Our carriers have no authority to accept goods for return unless we have agreed their return in advance. In no circumstances will we be responsible for loss or consequential damage arising from the failure or defect howsoever caused of any goods supplied. If you return goods to us in order to make a warranty claim as above and those goods returned, turn out to be, in our opinion, fault free or damaged by misuse or negligence, then we will give you 15 days written notice to make arrangements to collect the items. You may collect the product(s) in person or make arrangements for your own carrier to collect them. You will remain liable to pay for the goods in full if we find no fault. We reserve the right to make arrangements to return the goods to you after the 15 day period charging you any postage costs incurred. Alternatively at the end of the 15 day period, your non-compliance with our request for instruction will lead us to assume that you have given us unconditional authority to dispose of the goods as we see fit. REMANUFACTURED & COMPATIBLE Products are defined thus: "remanufactured" to have been refilled, to have been used before and recycled. "Compatible" to be manufactured from new and filled with compatible ink. Important Notice : The brands and trademarks owned by the OEMs are referred to only for the purpose of pointing out which of the OEM products are compatible with remanufactured or compatible non branded items. These companies are in no way associated with the OEM and do not sell OEM products through their brand. Furthermore we use the OEM branded logo's for the purpose of finding the OEM products, all logo's are copyright and are owned by the individual company to whom the brand belongs. All remanufactured and compatible products are indicated by the recycled logo and are clearly describes as remanufactured or compatible so as not to mislead any visitor to the site E. & O.E. All brand names, logos and trademarks are the sole property of their respective owners and are used for the sole purpose for customers to match the correct remanufactured or compatible product with their OEM cartridge or printer. |

| Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm Faulty items can be returned for replacement unless under warranty or guarantee (see below). we reserve the right to refuse credit if the item has been tampered with or damaged due to misuse. Items are tested on return and if found empty credit will be refused. Please return goods in suitable wrapping to avoid damage we regret we will be unable to credit damaged items. Items ordered in error or not required carry a 20% maximum restocking charge and the onus is upon you to ensure the items are returned in good condition and at your cost. Opened or damaged items cannot be credited. Replacement items are subject to our normal delivery charges. The onus is upon the buyer to take steps to ensure the goods are returned in good condition with print out evidence to prove the item is faulty if returning ink or toners other items should be returned with a short explanation of the fault accompanied by your address. Please note some manufacturers deal direct with you regarding faulty items, and some items will be guaranteed by the manufacturer. Warranty & Guarantees NOTE: Items over 30 days old may be covered under guarantee, you should check with us before returning the items to us, failure to do so may incur extra charges, re delivery charges back to you. Some products carry warranties and guarantees by the manufacturer, we therefore are unable to accept these items back but will provide details in order for you to contact the relevant company to arrange repair or replacement whichever the company deems appropriate. Items delivered within 30 days of invoice date are covered by our guarantee and if found faulty may be returned with our prior arrangement and knowledge.
