| Paper handling tips When storing paper it is essential to follow certain rules to enable the paper to work correctly in your printer. You should allow sufficient time for the paper to reach equilibrium within your office environment. Protect stacks of unwrapped piles of paper or printed paper from atmospheric changes or contamination. Where possible leave wrappers in place until the paper is required for printing. Avoid placing paper where extremes of temperature or humidity exist. Near doors heaters or warehouse and sheds. If you do store in any of these areas make sure you allow your paper to acclimatise to your printing area before usage. |
